Scott Lee

Scott Lee founded Conveyor Solutions in 1996 and helped run the company for 16 years before buying out his partner in 2012.  In 2017 Scott created Systems in Motion to be your Turnkey company in automated material handling systems and supply chain solutions.  As president of SIM, Scott is a networking expert who has worked with suppliers, customers, and trade associations.  With more than 20 years of experience, Scott is well respected in the material handling industry.  He has also used these skills to fill advisory roles, having served in the past as president and treasurer of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) and as a member of the Distributor Council Board.

Don Wilbur

Don Wilbur is the Systems In Motion Chief Financial Officer.  Before joining SIM in 2020, Don had more than 15 years of high-level financial leadership experience, including serving as CFO of a successful distribution company.  Don holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a master's in finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.  He has responsibility for the Finance and Human Resources teams.  Don brings extensive finance and leadership experience to the team.

Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thompson is vice president of sales and integrator of the EOS Operating System at SIM. He holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School and is a certified Green Belt in lean project management. Kevin embodies the entrepreneurial spirit, having operated a plastic bottle manufacturing and engineering company for 12 years and holding three patents. He started Conveyor Solutions West in 2012 to serve the material handling needs of CSI's west coast customers. Kevin is also on the board of directors of the Southern California chapter of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).

Jason Effing

Jason Effing is Systems in Motion's vice president of direct sales.  Jason has a background in engineering and applications and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.  Before coming to SIM Jason was the general manager of a start-up automation company.  He was also previously a registered member of the Indiana branch of the National Society of Professional Engineers.  His background shows his proven skill in customer interaction and problem solving.  Jason is also the owner of Well Done Beef, an organic Angus beef farm in Indiana.

Jason Coffey

Jason Coffey joined System in Motion in 2018.  In his role as senior vice president of operations, Jason is responsible for overseeing project management, engineering, installation, human resources, and preventative maintenance and services.  Jason is also in charge of Systems in Motion's controls division, KVK Inc.  Jason brings with him extensive manufacturing and operations experience.

Dan Wasilowski

Dan Wasilowski is System in Motion vice president of corporate accounts.  Dan joined SIM 25 years ago and has occupied various engineering roles including conveyor design engineer, systems design engineer, and senior applications engineer.  Dan works with applications and project management teams to make sure SIM continues to provide each customer with the optimum solution to fit their unique needs.  Over his many years at SIM Dan has shown his capabilities in customer interaction and problem solving.
